Default path for the AlarmWatcher configuration file.

This is the default location of the AlarmWatcher configuration file that will be compiled into the binary.

It will be interpreted by the AlarmConfiguration class. It can be overwritten using the ALARMNOTIFICATIONSCONFIG environment variable.
