- Data analysis in the field of hadron spectroscopy
- Development of detector components
- Development of software for detector simulation and data analysis

The work includes, depending on the topic, not only nuclear and particle physics, but may also touch the fields of electronics (Arduino, FPGAs), solid state physics, mechanics, optics, thermodynamics and from informatics software development, big data analysis with the help of artificial intelligence (deep neural networks, boosted decision trees). All thesis topics are embedded into the current research within large international collaborations.
